The first graphic design project I ever did was a flyer for a party that I was going to DJ at. In fact, it was my 21st birthday party. My mate Blair and I did a nice bit of a flyer. Unfortunately I don't have it anymore! Ah, c'est la vie.

After that first time, I was hooked. I learned Photoshop and Illustrator and used found art and free fonts (ah, the joys of an academic T-3 connection!) to make posters for things I was involved with, like the radio station and putting on concerts. Then a friend offered me money (to my surprise!) for work doing flyers and tickets to an event, and I accepted. That was my first "real" graphic design project. Below are both "real" and "recreational" projects that I feel represent the best of my work.
